City Day of Pula 2025
City Day of Pula 2025 – Program, Events & Key Highlights
Pula is once again proudly celebrating City Day, and the 2025 edition brings one of the most symbolic and diverse programs yet. From April 28 to May 10, the city will host a wide range of events for all generations – from cultural and music performances to family gatherings, exhibitions, and ceremonies.
80 Years of a Free Pula
This year marks a very special occasion: the 80th anniversary of the liberation of Pula, a proud moment in the city’s history and a reminder of its strong anti-fascist identity. A central moment of the program will be the official opening of the Park of the City of Lviv, scheduled for May 7 at 2:30 PM. The park is named after the Ukrainian city of Lviv and symbolizes friendship, peace, and mutual respect among nations.
Riva Fest – Celebrating on the Promenade
Another major highlight is the return of celebrations to the Riva promenade, where on May 2 from 6 PM, the popular Riva Fest will take place. It will be an evening full of live music, traditional food, and fun for all ages.
Visitors can enjoy seafood specialties and wild game dishes, while the stage will feature performances by Big Band Pula, Anelidi, Vesna Nežić-Ružić, and the beloved band Gustafi. A playful program has also been prepared for children.
Free parking is available for the duration of the event – from May 2 at 4 PM to May 3 at 2 AM at all public parking zones, except for Holders Only zones.
